Nelson & Jessica – Old Quebec City Engagement Photos

So we were sitting around our table talking about what to do for an engagement session and while trying to figure out the dates and details they said, “well, we’re going to be away in Montreal for a week, so that week is out… … …”  Sherry and I looked at each other and spoke back, “how bout we do the shoot in Vieux Quebec?”  They looked at each other, looked back and said… “Really?  That sounds Awesome!”   Well in the weeks that followed, we got all the details straightened out and off to Quebec City we headed for some engagement photos.

Nelson & Jessica are an amazing couple.  Fun loving, and when they start to laugh it is seriously contagious.  We had an awesome time with the two of them.

Being that we were in the Old part of Quebec City, and both Nelson and Jessica, and Sherry and I love food, we decided to eat at this little restaurant called Le Petit Lapin… and true to the specialty of the tight spaced restaurant we had Rabbit which was absolutely delicious.

If you have been to Quebec City, you will know how hilly the old city is, and I think through the afternoon and evening we walked up and down the large hill at least 4 times… and for sure got our workout for the day.  Up to the Chateau Fontenac, through the streets, up to the Plains of Abraham, back down for dinner, up again in the evening… Phew!

Thank you guys so much, we can’t wait to shoot your wedding this winter.
