A girl from Estonia and a boy from Canada. Vaarika who came to Canada from Estonia fell in love first with our beautiful and spacious country, then soon after with Chris, a golf pro from Canada. In fact during their engagement shoot we stopped for a round of golf at Chris’ course :D. You can see their engagement photos here.
They all gathered for the wedding celebration and pictures at the Dundurn Castle in Hamilton Ontario which is a beautiful grounds and a perfect setting for the two of them. For their formal photographs we used the grounds of the castle and then went to Webster’s Falls for some additional photos. Chris really wanted something with a waterfall, and even though the weather was almost cooperating, the wedding party and bride and groom climbed down and back up the escarpment over which the falls fall.
It’s not uncommon for Sherry and me to cry at a wedding and this one was no different. Vaarika’s dad had put together a video of all the people who couldn’t travel from Estonia to Canada for the wedding but wanted to send their well wishes and a loving message. It was touching and encouraged a few tears to fall.

I must say that photographers’ eyes have picked up some amazing and meaningful details. Absolutely great job of bringing out the romance and love that those two share! Compositions are great! Colors just amazing! I love the closeup shots of the shoes, dress and earrings. Focus is great and light just perfect. Editing the picture afterwards been also wonderful! Nice play with the colors and B&W! Must be good lens and years of experiences!
If I had to ask someone to take my 25th wedding anniversary photo-shoot then those guys would be my choice among the first three.
