Every once in a while we get to be part of a wedding day that is of very special personal meaning to Sherry and me. Such was the case this spring when we photographed the wedding of our nanny Lilliah and her husband Aiden. It was special because these two are very close to us and we have known them for many years from even before they were dating, and our two kids Jack & Myles we in the wedding party. It may have been a rainy day, it may have been cold, and there may have been a lot of kids to keep track of, but it was so much fun.
There may just happen to be a few pictures of our kids in here and while I was going through the editing process of the images it was really difficult because these darned water droplets kept forming in my eyes making it hard to see the computer screen! I pressed on however and was able to complete the images.
Lilliah even did something amazing for us at the end of the evening when after her own first dance she gave Sherry and me our first dance. Having not had one at our own wedding 10 years ago, she played All of Me by John Legend and invited the two of us to the dance floor surrounded by countless friends. It was marvelous.
