Not far from the iconic Cyprus Lake location along Canada’s most beautiful shorelines is this location strangely named Halfway Log Dump Day Use Area. The name is a mouthful for sure but what lies on it’s shores are gorgeous glacier carved features topped with crystal blue waters that feel like the lake bottom is only feet away. Warmth isn’t one of the features of this part of the lake, so swimming might be short lived, but it’s beauty is unmatched in Ontario.
Ciaran and Darcy rode up along with us to this beautiful spot where we spent the afternoon taking in what I’ll call the blue of nature, skies and water, and exploring the light we had available to showcase their love for each other and to create some beautiful Couplescapes for them throughout their pre-wedding engagement shoot.
With their wedding only weeks away, we were so pleased to spend the day with them and get ready for their special day.
