On this beautiful sunny summer day, we got to hang out with Dan & Claudie, an amazing couple who wanted a unique look to their photos. Dan just happens to have grown up in Bracebridge and knows all of the local spots… so after some walking, hiking, falling on our bums and making our way to the bottom of the same valley where he happened to have fallen off in the winter and broken his femur, we took some beautiful riverside canyon engagement photos.
When we were early in our business we signed up for a few tradeshows in Toronto and we had things planned out but had never had to set up a booth or deal with load in and load outs of a tradeshow, so Dan being the extraordinary man that he is said “I’ll come with you” and he came along and lifted, moved, set up and even brought people into the booth for us for the entire 3 day bridal show just because we asked for help. This is the kind of person Dan is. So when we met Claudie my first impression was “this woman is perfect for Dan!” These two are kind, helpful, loving, happy and just a joy to be with.
We are so glad we were privileged to have photographed these two with what turned out to be their engagement shoot and their wedding in the same week :). Wedding coming soon…
