Todd & Lindsay | Elmhurst Inn Wedding Photography

The Elmhurst Inn is one of my favorite locations near London for a wedding.  I love when a venue can have everything all together, in terms of rooms, banquet, marriage area and beautiful grounds on which to take photos.  Lindsay & Todd decided to hold their wedding celebration here during a beautiful September day.  The weather cooperated, the family was beautiful and it was an awesome day.

Todd and his buddies decided they needed to have a few games before the day began and it was very fitting to have a light sabre processional from the ceremony.  This theme goes right along with their playing of chess during the engagement shoot.  I must say, that is a first for us :).  For those of you who are interested, yes the light sabre was used to cut the cake.  (not really… but they did joke around with it).

The reception featured skits and reenactments of some of their favorite movie scenes and even started with one of my favorites from The Princess Bride… “Mawige… Mawige is what bwings us togwetha today”

Congratulations on a beautiful wedding.
