Phil & Analia – Quebec City Photos
Not long ago Sherry and I had the distinct pleasure of going to Quebec City to shoot the engagement session of Nelson & Jessica and while we were there, we stayed with our really good friends Phil & Analia. Phil was one of two groomsmen in my wedding party when Sherry and I got married and we also photographed their wedding a number of years ago as one of our first wedding shoots. So to have the opportunity to photograph them again and take some beautiful shots of the two of them now a number of years into their marriage it was awesome!
We started off by going to Restaurant Savini where we had an amazing dinner (we all really like food :D) and while we were downtown, I started thinking about all the stuff I had for our night shoot… I remembered the lights, the lenses, the accessories, extra batteries, diffusers, commanders, etc. and I was like, great… I remembered everything. UNTIL I thought to myself… Did I bring my camera???????!!!!!!!! No, I didn’t. So Phil and I went for a really nice drive back through Quebec City to their home, where I picked up a fairly important piece of a photo shoot puzzle. The camera. No wonder Sherry gets frustrated at me forgetting stuff 😀
It did however give the girls an opportunity to do some shopping. Which they didn’t mind I’m sure. So at about 10:30 at night when all the tourists had gone home, we went out to the Chateau Frontenac and to the streets of Vieux Quebec for some photos.
